By installing or using the QuotePro Shopify application ("the App"), you ("Merchant") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Service Description
QuotePro is a Shopify embedded application that provides Request for Quote (RFQ) functionality for online stores, including:
Storefront RFQ form integration via theme extension
Quote request management dashboard
PDF quote generation and email delivery
Conversion of quotes to Shopify Draft Orders
3. Account & Installation
You must have an active Shopify store to use QuotePro
You authorize us to access your Shopify store data as outlined in the requested permissions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account
4. Pricing & Billing
Plan: $19.99 USD per month
Free trial: 14 days from installation
Billing: Processed through Shopify's billing system; charges appear on your Shopify invoice
Cancellation: Uninstall the App at any time; billing stops immediately
Refunds: Handled per Shopify's standard app billing policies
Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice
5. Permitted Use
You may use QuotePro only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content
Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to abuse the service
Resell or sublicense access to the App
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for informing your customers about data collection through RFQ forms and complying with applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including all code, designs, and documentation, is owned by QuotePro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your Shopify store.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
We are not liable for downtime caused by Shopify platform issues or force majeure events
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuotePro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or customer data you collect through the App.
11. Termination
By you: Uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
