QuotePro ("we", "us", "our") operates the QuotePro Shopify application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you install and use our app.

2.1 From Merchants (App Users)
When you install QuotePro, we access the following through the Shopify API:
Store information: Shop name, domain, email, currency, and timezone
Product data: Product titles, IDs, collections, and tags (read-only, for display rules)
Draft Orders: We create Draft Orders on your behalf when you convert a quote
2.2 From Customers (End Users)
When a customer submits a Request for Quote (RFQ) form on your storefront, we collect:
Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, country
Uploaded files: Design files, reference images, or other attachments
2.3 Automatically Collected
Server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) — retained for 30 days
3. How We Use Information
Provide and operate the QuotePro app
Process and display quote requests to merchants
Generate PDF quotes and send email notifications
Create Shopify Draft Orders for accepted quotes
Improve the app and fix bugs
Comply with legal obligations
4. Data Storage
Location: United States (cloud infrastructure)
Database: PostgreSQL with encryption at rest
File uploads: Stored securely with access controls
Session data: Shopify session tokens are stored encrypted

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information. We share data only:
With Shopify: As required by the Shopify API for app functionality
Email service providers: To send transactional emails
